As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The rain shower had strong water pressure and could be easily adjusted, providing a refreshing experience. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with only an 8-minute walk to the city center and easy access to public transportation. The restaurant downstairs was outstanding, offering delicious breakfast and dinner options. The front of house staff were friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable about the local attractions. The pillows provided were excellent, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

The location was fantastic, right in the city center and on the tram line, making it easy to explore this vibrant city. being near the Queen Victoria market allowed for easy access to fresh produce and local goods.

Very close to tram stop. Colorful and clean hotel. Only 10 min walk to central Melbourne. Friendly and competent staff. Free tram services in the city. Convenient location.

This hotel is a value for money gem! the location is spot on, right in the center of the city. It's situated just outside the free tram zone, making it super convenient to get around. Secondly, the staff here really go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. They are friendly, respectful, and always ready to assist with any queries. Lastly, the basic amenities provided are top-notch. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and attention to detail is evident throughout. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast is included? A nice touch to start the day!

The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, providing easy access to all the restaurants of Lygon Street. there was an adjoining cafe, making it convenient for quick meals or coffee.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with cobwebs and bugs in the corners and the bedding feeling unclean.
