I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities, including the communal lounge and courtyard, were excellent, providing a comfortable and convenient space to relax. The location was fantastic, right in the city center and on the tram line, making it easy to explore this vibrant city. Additionally, being near the Queen Victoria market allowed for easy access to fresh produce and local goods.

This hotel is a value for money gem! the location is spot on, right in the center of the city. It's situated just outside the free tram zone, making it super convenient to get around. Secondly, the staff here really go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. They are friendly, respectful, and always ready to assist with any queries. Lastly, the basic amenities provided are top-notch. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and attention to detail is evident throughout. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast is included? A nice touch to start the day!

The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, providing easy access to all the restaurants of Lygon Street. there was an adjoining cafe, making it convenient for quick meals or coffee.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with cobwebs and bugs in the corners and the bedding feeling unclean.
